Shelly Archer - Managing Partner, Santa Barbara & Orange County

Shelly has more than 20+ years experience in the travel industry and is a Southern California native. Beginning her hospitality career with a 5 star cruise ship line set the tone for a service oriented career. Her natural sales abilities and flair for customer relations quickly thrust her to the top of that organization. By the age of 30 Shelly had set foot on almost every continent in the world and had circumnavigated the globe several times. Combine that with additional experience at a local Incentive Company and a destination management company provided the perfect foothold into owning a top notch DMC in Southern California.

Travis Pham, CMP - Account Executive, Santa Barbara

Travis is a Southern California native and has experience from both the planner and supplier side in our dynamic industry. He started his career in hotel operations and progressed to hotel sales & marketing, CVB & destination services, and event and program development for a top-tier university. His experience gives him the ability to connect all of the dots and provide a holistic view of our multi-dimensional programs from beginning to end. Travis currently serves on the SITE Southern California Board of Directors and is Certified Meeting Professional.

Kari Lusti - Account Executive, Santa Barbara

Kari’s history of 12 years of destination management experience in Southern California began in San Diego as an operational mind that loved to design and upsell so she was encouraged to enter the sales world and never looked back. A true consultant, and partner in crime to everyone she meets, her passion for entertainment and the perfectly balanced experience for her clients’ programs is the reason clients keep coming back! Kari ensures a high level of integrity and humor go into every relationship she enters into. When not working or desperately trying to learn to cook, she might be found on a quick road trip up to NorCal where she’s from originally, attending any kind of show, or throwing a good ol’ casual beach bash at home. Any excuse to decorate!

Trevor Hanks - Managing Partner, Los Angeles

Trevor Hanks has been a part of the industry since day one. He was the first kid in his neighborhood to pack coolers and deliver props. After working in the incentive travel business as a travel director for over four years, Trevor returned to TMM (The Meeting Manager) to assist in managing the family business in 1996. In 2008, Trevor purchased TMM from founders Terry and Fabienne Hanks (his parents). After the merger of TMM and Destination PROS in 2011, Trevor became Founding Partner of 360 Destination Group. Trevor is active in several industry organizations including Advisory Council of OC, MPI, SITE and the ADME committee that developed the Destination Management Certified Professional program.

Dani Landa - Director of Sales, Los Angeles

Originally from South Africa, I now call Los Angeles my home. With over seven years of marketing and event planning in Hollywood, in 2005 I began my journey in the Destination Management Industry as an Account Executive. As a local to LA, I love to use my knowledge of the area and relationships with local venues to create the most unique and detailed programs customized for each of my client’s needs. One thing I love about 360 is that we are all given the opportunity to use our talents and show our creativity while being empowered to individually make decisions that provide our clients with a superior level of service.

Jackie Ash - Account Executive, Los Angeles

Born and raised in Los Angeles, California, Jackie grew up in a family that relished great food, cooking, get-togethers, travel and hospitality. These experiences planted the seed for her future passion for food, wine, and a successful career in the hospitality industry. Jackie Ash, is a graduate of the Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo hospitality program with years of experience in hotels, venues, and DMCs in the Southern California Destination. Jackie comes back to 360 Destination Group as an Account Executive after spending some time away exploring the Downtown venues in Los Angeles. She can use her strong knowledge base of venues and unique experiences in Los Angeles to showcase the destinations for groups far and wide to bring your program dreams to reality!

Susan Wormald - Vice President, Regional Operations, Orange County

Susan, CMP, Vice President, Regional Operations has enjoyed a 30+ year career in event and meeting planning. A graduate of San Diego State University, Susan started with The Meeting Manager (later merged and became 360 Destination Group) in 1985. Susan has a keen eye for detail and logistics and is often the genesis for creative and new ways to stretch a beer budget into a champagne event. She can always be found behind-the-scenes making her clients look good while creating uniquely individualized experiences for her very important guests. Her peers envy her leadership skills, as she is often the first called upon to head up even the most complicated and complex events.

Stefanie Hassan - Account Executive, Orange County

With a Master’s Degree in forensic psychology and a background in meeting planning and operations, Stefanie brings a wealth of knowledge to the sales team at 360 Destination Group. Prior to joining 360 in 2005, Stefanie was a meeting manager for The United Telecom Council, executing meeting logistics for all of their educational programs. After her cross country move from Washington D.C. to California, Stefanie joined The Meeting Manager on the operations team. She quickly became one of our most valuable assets and served as Senior Operations Manager before her transition to sales. Stefanie’s extensive experience with operations, program development, and key client retention allow her to exceed the needs of 360’s clients, time and time again.

Shannon Yarbrough - Account Executive, Orange County

Shannon is a Southern California native, born and raised in Huntington Beach. During her tenure at San Diego State, Shannon served as an event manager for the athletic department. After college, she began her career in event rental sales, handling accounts for hotels, large scale event venues and event rental companies. In 2007, she founded a social events company and managed the most sought after photography studio in Orange County. As an avid golfer, beach lover and stylist extraordinaire, she brings a level of enthusiasm, knowledge and creativity to the programs she produces at 360 Destination Group.

Pete Samulewicz - Managing Partner, San Diego

A Southern California native, he studied psychology in Long Beach at Marymount College and Cal State, developing an interest in how he could help people grow by creating an ideal working environment. Twenty-plus years in the travel industry later, it paved the way for Pete to start his own DMC, where he found he had a knack for creating shared experiences that bring people together – a quality that would eventually bring him to 360 Destination Group.

Kim Lefebvre - Director of Sales, San Diego

Kim brings over 17 years of experience to her sales career at 360 Destination Group. A graduate in Mass Communications/Journalism and Child Development at Fresno State University, Kim discovered her inclination to event planning as the Social Event Chair in her sorority. Once she learned that she could make a living doing what she loved so much she entered the trade show industry and eventually the world of destination management. Kim is a superb listener which she says is her single greatest asset in exceeding client expectations. She prides herself on incorporating worldwide event trends into event production at 360 Destination Group.

Jamie Renfro - Director of Operations, San Diego

Jamie was born and raised in San Diego, California and isn’t afraid to admit she is a true Chargers Fan through and through! Shortly after graduating from San Diego State University with a degree in Sociology, she began working as a wedding coordinator with one of San Diego’s most elite companies, soaking up as much experience as she could in the Event Industry. While she enjoyed planning weddings, her career path was destined to take a different turn. Now as Operations Manager for 360 Destination Group she is able to apply her strong organizational skills and attention to detail, coupled with her ability to multi-task and work calmly under pressure, all of which have been the backbone of her success!

DARIN ROPER, DMCP - Director of Sales, Palm Springs

Darin loves the hospitality industry. It’s in his blood. In fact, he can’t imagine doing anything else. Prior to joining 360 Destination group. Darin has the honor of being Special Event Planner for Marine Corps Air Station Miramar. He held a unique position there, in that he not only planned high level military and social meetings, he also planned corporate catered events. These events ranged up to 6,000+ guests. In 2004 Darin joined the 360 DG Family, and it has been full steam ahead ever since. Darin is a dynamic force in the DMC space, marrying a consistent track record of industry common sense with stellar destination design skills. Darin has a passion for creating a collaborative environment that excites clients and elevates the Palm Springs DMC partnership experience. Darin enjoys offering a fresh and creative perspective to every program and every event!

Ann Johnston - Director of Operations, Palm Springs

Ann has over 30 years experience in event operations and management in the Southern California area and beyond. Most recently, she was an independent contractor working on behalf of multiple DMCs in the San Diego and Palm Springs markets as well as Trip Directing with several travel companies. A native of San Diego, Ann worked her way up from Tour Guide to Director of Operations in her early 20’s and has enjoyed that position on and off throughout her career. She has operated programs from 100 to 10,000 and brings a seasoned approach and seniority to the 360 Palm Springs team.

Sondra Zepeda - Senior Account Manager, Palm Springs

For over 20 years, Sondra has worked in sales and hospitality, most recently as a Senior Experience Designer with a major DMC. Her blend of hotel and DMC experience gives her a comprehensive understanding of all program elements as well as the knowledge to direct and implement with confidence and ease. Her relationships and reputation in the market speak for themselves and we are excited she recently decided to join the 360 team.

Sharon Purewal - Partner, Northern California

Over 15 years of DMC experience, all in Northern California. Most of which is in Program Operations as a former Operations Manager, Director of Operations, Founder of Maximize Events and now Partner at 360. "Why I love my job…The People. Being surrounded by creative, smart, fun & dynamic energy. One thing you should know about me… I just did the Inca Trail in Peru – Amazing!! My favorite thing in Northern California is… Wine Country during Harvest – you can just smell it in the air…"

Louise Mountford - Director of Operations, Northern California

Conceptualized and executed flawless corporate incentive programs, meeting conferences, association events, tour programs, meetings and gala functions from 10-14,000 people in the Bay Area and Wine Country for over 17 years. "Why I love my job… You never get bored creating amazing events. One thing you should know about me… I was born in England and moved here at age 12. My favorite thing in Northern California is... the diversity of outdoor play…hiking, swimming, walking on the beach & skiing. "

Lark Floresca - Ogle - Senior Account Manager, Northern California

Over ten years of DMC Account Manager experience in Northern California. Specializing in taking the clients’ needs and creating proposals with viable options that are creative, impactful and mindful of budget parameters. "Why I love my job… Always discovering new restaurants, wineries, venues and fun activities. One thing you should know about me… I was a TV reporter on the island of Saipan. My favorite thing in Northern California is… So many wonderful dog and kid-friendly outings to do with my family."

Jessica Urreaga - Account Executive, Northern California

Over eight years of DMC experience, all in Northern California. Dedicated to high-touch programs and providing the on-site knowledge to ensure a smooth program from start to finish. "Why I love my job… No two days are ever the same. One thing you should know about me…I speak one of the oldest languages in the world… Basque. My favorite thing in Northern California is… The snow and mountains…my playground on the weekends!"

Jill Schnaps - Account Executive, Northern California

My passion for the meetings and events industry runs deep ~ 17 years and counting, with six of those as a DMC professional. No is not on the table for me.
