Sean will go to the ends of the Earth to make a program just right. No, Sean isn't proposing you host your program in Antarctica, the Amazon, or the Arctic – but after visiting them all, he could. He came to 360 Destination Group with more than 10 years of industry experience and a deep understanding of client objectives, budgets, and event management. He has won numerous accolades by managing high-profile events for several Fortune 500 companies, including Proctor & Gamble, Deloitte, Nokia, and Toyota – all while raising two very active children, ages 4 and 6. Sean leads our Global Business Development team and is here as a resource to assist our clients find the perfect fit and achieve their goals across our destinations.
Ross Peck – Partner Phoenix / Scottsdale
With over 20 years experience, Ross began his career as a florist. He quickly learned the importance of unique, custom creations and making sure every detail was done to perfection. In 2005, Ross joined Destination PROS as an Operations Manager, and stayed on through the transition to 360 Destination Group where he was later promoted to Director of Operations. Over the years, he has overseen a large majority of our top client programs throughout destinations in and outside of the US. Experience, attention to detail, and an innate ability to problem solve have all been an instrumental part of Ross’ transition to his current position as Partner of the 360 Destination Group Arizona office. An Arizona native, Ross has a passion for his work and knows how to blend a custom experience built specifically for each group.
