Emelie Paulsson, Ovation’s Senior Project & Account Manager, has been part of the Ovation Netherlands DMC team since September 2021. With 18 years of DMC event management experience, Emelie brings extensive expertise in events and project management. Fluent in Dutch, English and Swedish, Emelie is known for her solution-oriented approach, eye for detail and exceptional communication skills.
Mila Iakovenko | Project Manager
Mila Iakovenko has been working as Ovation Netherlands DMC’s Project Manager since 2022. Over the past years, Mila has devoted her time, effort and enthusiasm to many projects contributing to her expertise in project management. With her calm demeanour, Mila guides the team through hectic moments, making her a great asset to the team. Fluent in Dutch, English and Russian, Mila’s solution-oriented mindset enables the team to aim for perfection.
Sarah van der Steen | Project Manager
While recently joining Ovation Netherlands DMC, Sarah van der Steen has been working in events and project management for the past five years. In her role as a devoted Project Manager, Sarah extensively commits to the team by demonstrating exceptional support, team player skills and high dedication to identifying details aiming for operational success. Fluent in Dutch, English, Spanish and Papiamento, Sarah offers great communication skills with all parties involved.
