Ovation DMC Denmark has partnered with Carlsberg in offering some unique experiences at their Brewery.
We can organise meetings and conferences up to 300 persons in the historical Carlsberg Museum followed by a special beer tasting in the secret cellars.
The secret cellars are the oldest cellars at the Carlsberg brewery, dating back to when it all started in the mid-1800’s. The cellar even has a cold war control room on display, making it a real experience!
Continue with a historical dinner with Carlsberg founder J. C. Jacobsen as a (g)host! We have found his wife, Laura’s, cookbook from 1859 in the archives and created a delicious four course dinner from her historic recipes accompanied by beer and storytelling.
One of our guides will give you a short introduction to the late 1800s and the J.C. Jacobsen family in the beautiful surroundings in Carlsberg Museum. Carlsberg still has the Microbrewery Jacobsen in house. The participants can also be picked up by horse drawn old Beer carriages and taken on a short tour of the new part of the Carlsberg City – Skaal.
