An inside tip for foodies

San Sebastian or Donosti is famous for its PINTXOS, which are small finger foods served at bars and taverns throughout the Basque Country. Gildas were the first PINTXO in history, and they are made of a mix of pickles, which include olives, anchovies & chilli. You can taste the best Gildas in Donosti at La Bodeguita Donostiarra (Peña y Goñi Kalea, 13).
