The Ovation Global DMC team and 5 Strategic Partners joined the Incentive Research Foundation Education Invitational in the Dominican Republic, directly following IMEX Frankfurt.


The Incentive Research Foundation (IRF), a private not-for-profit foundation, funds research studies and develops products serving all segments of the global incentive industry. The Foundation focuses its initiatives on pragmatic research highlighting the premise and the power of incentive and motivational programs. Through these efforts, the IRF helps businesses to develop effective motivational and performance improvement strategies. 


The IRF is a trusted partner of Ovation Global DMC and we proudly support the IRF in our quest to promote incentive travel all across the world.



4 days filled with Education, Networking, and amazing Destination Experiences. The Incentive Research Foundation annually prides itself with an amazing record of senior level planners, this year 138 from all over North America.



Each year the Education invitational exceeds expectations, and having our Ovation Strategic Partner Amstar leading the charge in the Dominican Republic on all ground services has been a joy to experience as well. Next year Puerto Rico, another round of re-imagining incentives and a bright future for events in general.
