Rob Allidine | Managing Director
Rob has been a front-runner in the MICE Industry in Ireland for over 25 years. He loves nothing more than creating that spectacular farewell evening for your Incentive and has many Site Crystal awards under his belt to prove this. He has created events in some of Irelands most spectacular venues, and his longevity in the industry ensures we get it right every time.
Jane Crinion | Senior Project Manager
Our resident DMC expert, Jane has over 10 years experience in planning and executing world class, award winning programmes and events. With a background in tourism management, her passion for Ireland shines through in each of her bespoke programmes. Deirdre Quinn | Senior Project Manager
Deirdre joins Ovation with a wealth of experience within the hospitality and tourism sector and has worked in both sales & operations for exhibitions, events, launches, conferences & meetings, in Ireland and overseas. She is passionate about the industry and loves meeting peoples and travelling to new places. Deirdre enjoys wild swimming which she started during the lockdown and tries to get into the sea at least once a week!
Carmen Gonzalez | Senior Creative Manager
Carmen is a friendly and experienced event planner from Spain who has worked in several countries throughout her career. Carmen has a passion for creating unforgettable experiences that bring people together and believes that events are not just about logistics but about crafting happy memories that last a lifetime. When she’s not planning events, Carmen enjoys exploring new places, learning new languages, and spending quality time with her loved ones.
