Today, as Director of Sales at Ovation Ireland, she combines her deep industry knowledge with a personal approach that clients value. Jessica believes strong client relationships are the foundation of successful programmes, allowing her to deliver experiences that always go beyond expectations. When she isn’t designing and delivering programmes across Ireland, Jessica enjoys stand-up comedy, music festivals, and spending time with her beloved pup, Murfi.

As Managing Director of Ovation Ireland, Rob brings vision, leadership, and creativity to every project. With a background in production and event space curation, he has a unique talent for transforming venues into inspiring environments that capture the essence of Ireland. Rob is proud to lead a team of passionate professionals who share a common goal: creating unforgettable experiences for every client. In his spare time, Rob loves to travel, explore new restaurants, and is a big fan of Orlando and its theme parks.

Jane is passionate about showcasing Ireland at its very best. With years of experience designing and delivering programmes across the country, she works closely with world-class partners and suppliers to create truly memorable experiences for clients. Her eye for detail and commitment to excellence make her an essential part of the Ovation Ireland team. Outside of work, Jane is an adventurer at heart. She loves hiking and once reached the summit of Mt. Kilimanjaro. She is always on the lookout for her next challenge.

Deirdre Quinn | Senior Project Manager - Incentives & Events

Deirdre brings a wealth of experience from the hospitality and tourism sector, having worked in both sales and operations for exhibitions, product launches, conferences, and meetings in Ireland and abroad. With a strong background in delivering complex programmes, she is passionate about creating events that connect people and leave a lasting impact. She loves the collaborative spirit of the industry and the opportunity it gives her to meet new people and discover new places. Away from work, Deirdre enjoys wild swimming — a passion she discovered during lockdown — and she still tries to get into the sea at least once a week.

Carmen Gonzalez | Senior Creative Manager

Carmen is a creative and experienced event professional from Spain who has worked across several countries before joining Ovation Ireland. She specialises in bringing fresh ideas and unique concepts to life, ensuring every programme is not only seamless but also visually impactful and memorable. Passionate about storytelling and design, she believes that events are more than logistics — they are opportunities to inspire and create lasting connections. With her international background and innovative approach, Carmen adds a distinctive creative flair to the Ovation Ireland team.
