Interactions London: A Flagship Celebration of Innovation

One of the standout events delivered in the UK this year was the NICE Interactions conference. The event took place at Allianz Stadium Twickenham in London for a leading global software development company. The two-day experience brought together 1,500 customer experience professionals from 55 countries and 85 partner organisations, including clients such as Barclays, SVL and Nedbank.

The Event Challenge

The brief was to transform the annual conference into a highly interactive and immersive experience that would go far beyond the traditional format. The team achieved secured a full stadium buyout to deliver a bold and engaging showcase of innovation, creativity and collaboration. Delegates enjoyed pitch-side catering experiences during the day and an evening concert headlined by the Kaiser Chiefs.

Immersive Experiences

At the heart of the experience was a purpose-built exhibition hall.  It showcased the latest in technology, customer engagement, and digital innovation from partner organisations. Additionally, a fully equipped TV studio was constructed on-site to capture interviews, thought-leadership discussions, and event highlights. Ensuring the conference left a lasting legacy beyond the live experience itself.

Content highlights included a keynote address by Sir Tim Berners-Lee, inventor of the World Wide Web. As well as  an engaging discussion with England rugby legend Jonny Wilkinson. Across the venue, delegates interacted with AI-powered catering activations, photo booths, a life-size interactive robot, and rugby freestylers. Each element brought energy and creativity to every part of the event.

A Full Incentive Programme

Following the main conference, a two-day incentive programme was created for top executives, offering a more exclusive and culturally rich experience. This included a private dinner inside the Tower of London, followed by attendance at the historic Ceremony of the Keys. This once-in-a-lifetime moment provided an extraordinary close to an already unforgettable event.

Previous editions of Interactions were held at Woolwich Works and Tobacco Dock, but the 2025 London edition at Twickenham represented the most ambitious and immersive yet, a celebration of technology, creativity, and human connection that reinforced the client’s position as a global leader in customer experience innovation.
