Ana Polonio | Project Manager
With over 10 years of experience in the events industry, Ana is passionate about new ideas, creative solutions and the “bring to life” process. She specializes in combining the big picture vision with the fine detail delivery. She really enjoys the events industry, which is demonstrated by her friendly attitude with clients and suppliers.
Rudolf Rannegger, CMP | Deputy General Manager
Rudolf is with Ovation since 2007 and responsible for the growth and development of Ovation in Spain & Portugal. Originally from Austria, he managed the DMC out of the Barcelona for the last few years and is now based in Madrid, working on the growth of our office there. Well connected within the industry, he assures that all Ovation clients get the highest quality and service to our destinations.
Elena Rubio | Head of Sales
With more than 15 years of experience working for renowned international companies within the MICE Industry in Sales, Project & Event manager roles, Elena comes with consolidated knowledge in Venues, Hotels & Event Agencies. Her aim is to create emotions, build relationships, and exceed the expectations of clients.
Sandrine Castres | Managing Director
With over 20 years of experience in the MICE industry, Sandrine is responsible for the development and the strategy around the office as well as key projects within Ovation. Originally from France, Sandrine is based in the Barcelona office.
