Q&A WITH AMANDA ROBINSON
Q: What’s your favourite region in Ireland and why?
A: My favourite region of Ireland would have to be my home county – The Garden of Ireland. It may sound bias – but I love Wicklow! It has so much to offer right on Dublin’s doorstep. There is so much to see and do and the scenery is some of the best our Country has to offer.
Q: What do you do for fun?
A: I like to travel and explore new places both in Ireland and aboard. I also really enjoy testing out new restaurants and bars – New places are popping up in Dublin all the time, so if I’m not off travelling in my free time, I like checking out the new hotspots.
Q: 2019 is coming up, what are you looking forward to?
A: We have some lovely programmes lined up for 2019 so I’m looking forward to continuing to work with our lovely clients and bringing our ideas to life.
Q: Describe your experience with Ovation Ireland DMC in 3 words.
A: Exciting, Fulfilling, Innovative.
Q: What is your highlight of this year?
A: My highlight of this year would have to be being made permanent in my role here at Ovation.
Q&A WITH AINE O’KEEFE
Q: What’s your favourite region in Ireland and why?
A: Donegal has always been my favourite, I love the beaches and great pubs but I have to say time spent in West Cork is tipping the balance…
Q: What do you do for fun?
A: My 3 little people at home are taking up a lot of my fun time although they are fun too, that asides, I love still the buzz of a kind live gig and David Byrne, who I saw in the last couple of weeks was easily in my top 5.
Q: What is your highlight of this year?
A: Not to be too smug, but I took parental leave for the summer and it was one of the hottest summers we had in a long time – it was magic – trips to Donegal, Belfast, France as well as nightly swims in the beaches beside me. Happy times.
Q: 2019 is coming up, what are you looking forward to?
A: We’re working on creating some new and fresh products for our programs in the West of Ireland and I’m looking forward to promoting these to clients and ensuring that Ovation maintains its reputation as Ireland’s only Site Crystal award-winning DMC.
