While on the subject of the dining available in the Westbury, their restaurant Wilde has just had a makeover. The central design ethos fuses 1930s elegance with an abundance of greenery, giving guests the sense of alfresco dining while overlooking the bustling intersection of Harry Street and Grafton St – the perfect place to people watch from afar! It serves carefully selected dishes – a mix of classic and around the world – matched with their signature Irish G&T’s. Wilde takes pride in its sourced Irish produce and nods to the old and ventures into the new and exciting world of fine dining.



The latest offering from the Westbury is The Sidecar, a modern take on a classic 1930s style cocktail bar. With a broad range of classic cocktails made with an old school flair, this is the place to hide away from the world. Martinis are the signature drink served from a unique tableside trolley – this bar is aimed for the discerning cocktail enthusiast and culture clientele.
